We hope you adore your She&Sea pieces, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene stickers intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at contact@sheandsea.gr, providing your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

– Your first return or exchange is free of charge.
– Exchanges are subject to availability.
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
