SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day. During peak periods such as sales and promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly extended due to high demand.
We offer two delivery options within Greece: Box Now and Geniki Taxydromiki. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the dispatch date.
Shipping is complimentary on all orders over 150€. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of 3€ applies within Greece.
For Cyprus, we offer delivery via Geniki Taxydromiki with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days. The shipping cost to Cyprus is 15€
Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only. She&Sea is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.


RETURNS

We hope you adore your She&Sea pieces, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene stickers intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at contact@sheandsea.gr, providing your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

– Your first return or exchange is free of charge.
– Exchanges are subject to availability.
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
